Doesnt work

Hearing Assist - Doesnt work
Left controller isn't working. I have cleaned it and charged it. I have contacted the company every day for at least a week and received a voice mail message. I've responded several times, leaving my own voice mail message each time. However, now they have ignored me. Meanwhile, my left hearing aid still isn't working.

Cant even get a hold of customer service. I am not happy. I made an order on Jan. 8,2024 for the replacement I needed and I still have not received this order. I found 3 different phone number on google and the hearing aides I bought on Dec. 24, 2022. It provided the phone number and the call kept saying the call has not been set up yet. So how can I speak to anyone and I paid for this ordered for I havent received?

Ripped Off By This Scam Company

HearingAssist brand was acquired by a penny stock company named Innerscope Hearing of Roseville CA, CEO Matthew Moore and his mother Kimberly Moore and father Mark Moore. Innerscope destroyed HearingAssist and has now vanished and gone out of business.

There is no longer any customer support, no one will answer emails or phones to support the product(s) and worse.

Innerscope is being sued by the former owner of HearingAssist, "Floyd Kuriloff" and also is facing numerous other lawsuits for fraud, failure to pay their own employees (who are all gone now- thus no product support and no phones being answered etc) among other serious civil charges/allegations. This leaves their hearing aids (HearingAssist and iHear brand names are same as Innerscope Hearing) completely unsupported and the consumer will be stiffed no matter what.

Preferred solution: Cease ASAP selling their products to Sr Citizens and the vulnerable hard of hearing via major websites such as Walmart, Rite Aid etc. They are ripping off the most vulnerable of society.

All the telephone numbers that this company lists for customer service do not go through...the call immediately disconnects. We have never received an invoice or text except one to tell us the hearing aids are on their way. after a month from ordering them on line through their website. We finally received them, but have many issues aDo do notnd cannot reach customer service. I want to down-grade to a simpler model and return these but have no way of contacting any person their. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED.

No working phone numbers, no support. Are they even still in business.

Purchased the hearing aids for elderly mother. They just did not work well for her. Tried to return well within the 60 day period, but none of the phone numbers are in service. I cannot get an RMA (return authorization). Have been trying to contact them for days with no luck. Emails are not returned. Cannot tell if they went out of business.

Bad hearing aides

I bought two pairs of these hearing aides from Walmart onlone less than a year ago and paid almost 600 dollars each pair. My husband's lasted less than 5 months the charge only lasted 3 hours after charging overnight.

One charged bit wouldnt stay turned on. He was so angry he finally threw them on the trash. My pair set in the drawer for about 3 months but l decided to try them again and the same problem the left ear will charge but only last a couple of hours the right one wont even turn on. $1200 out thw window.

I am getting ready to post everything on social media. They are not going to like it

I was waiting a long long time on the phone (almost twu times one hour)nobidy pick ap the phone..

My hearing aid definitely is damaged. People on your company still think that I do not know how to check trouble shutter.

Still trying to resolve issues

As everyone who has heard their ads probably knows they advertise try them for 60 full days and if you're not satisfied return them for a full refund. Good luck with that. You only have 30 days to return them. I tried to return them before the 60 days as a matter of fact I still had more than a week left, but they still refused to honor their own advertising They refused to give me credit for them.
